Wage Scale and Adjustments​

We strive to maintain a competitive wage scale within the learning and development industry. We continually evaluate our wages and benefits in comparison to the local market. We look at each job's responsibilities and the employee's performance and growth.

Pay Periods​

Pay periods begin on Sunday at 12:00 am and run for two weeks, ending on Saturday of the second week at 11:59 pm. Paydays are every other Wednesday following the Saturday that ended a pay period. Your paycheck will include your pay for all time worked, including overtime, through the last day of the pay period before each payday.

Timekeeping​

Unless you are specifically exempt from doing so, you should record the time you begin and end work each day, the beginning and end of each meal period, and the beginning and end of any split shift. Fifteen-minute rest periods need not be recorded.
