Leave Policies

Attendance and Absences

One of the basic indicators of your job performance is regular attendance. Whenever you are unable to come to work or will be more than a few minutes late, you must let a Partner know of your expected absence or late arrival at least two hours in advance of your shift start time. Do not rely on another employee to contact this person.

No Call/No Show Policy

A No Call/No Show event is defined as any time an employee does not show up for a scheduled shift and does not give adequate notice of his/her impending absence. Adequate notice in this case is defined as a minimum of four business hours before the scheduled shift. Any employee receiving one No Call/ No Show event is subject to disciplinary action up to and including discharge.

Tardiness

You must arrive at your job location and be ready to start work at the beginning of your assigned shift. You must also be ready to resume work on time after authorized rest and meal periods. Excessive tardiness may lead to discipline up to and including discharge.
