We hope that you find this handbook helpful in getting to know our Company and its policies. Of course, you should feel free to bring your suggestions, questions, and comments to our attention. This 2023 edition of the employee handbook supersedes all previously issued handbooks, policies, and benefit statements.

ThinkDev recognizes the importance of providing employees and contractors with a pleasant and safe working environment, a fair compensation package, and an open forum for communication and exchange of information. We pride ourselves on our spirit of friendly cooperative teamwork and efficiency. ThinkDev has become a name associated with quality products and excellent service. We are very proud of this reputation and attribute much of it to the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by our contractors and team members. Our business would not have grown and prospered by simply providing quality products. Our Story​

ThinkDev was created because three people were passionate about helping leaders and organizations make things happen. We saw gaps in how this work was being done all from different perspectives and realized we had the ability and drive to create a better and more impactful client experience.

Including:

  • We treat all of our clients as people first � you aren�t just a number on an invoice.
  • We customize content and approach � while there are some tried and true principles that apply across the board, how we use those principles is highly context dependent.
