Procedure on Termination of Your Employment

All employment relationships are at the mutual consent of the employee and ThinkDev. Accordingly, either the employee or the Company can terminate the employment relationship at will at any time, either with or without cause or advance notice.

Resignation

If your reason for doing so is based upon lack of knowledge of the Company, its policies, or because of a misunderstanding, please give us a chance to discuss the situation with you before you make your decision. Though you are free to resign at-will at any time, two weeks prior written notice is requested regarding any resignation.
